➜ Avoid waterproof mascara for at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
➜ Remove contact lenses before your service (bring your case if needed).
➜ Skip eye creams, lash serums, or oily products around the eye area on the day of your appointment.
➜ If you have lash extensions, they must be professionally removed before your appointment.
➜ Let your esthetician know if you have any eye sensitivities, allergies, recent eye procedures, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
➜ Plan to keep your lashes dry and free from steam, swimming, and eye makeup for the first 24 hours after your treatment for the best results.
