All services and retail products must be paid for in full at the time of your appointment.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

3. Promotions, Packages, and Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Packages must be used within their stated validity period and are non-transferable.

While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, we may offer adjustments at our discretion.

Hyssop & Honey is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from treatments or products, especially when health conditions are not disclosed.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages, you agree to receive automated appointment reminders, updates, and promotional content.
Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or OUT.

8. Online Store and Orders
All product orders placed through our website are subject to availability.
We do not accept returns on used skincare products. For unopened items, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
