Return Policy

At Hyssop & Honey, each product is crafted and packaged with care to ensure you receive fresh, high-quality skincare. Because our products are made in small batches and contain naturally derived ingredients, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please email hyssopandhoneyskinstudio@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable). Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at hyssopandhoneyskinstudio@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
