For more than 13 years, Lindsay has mentored and trained estheticians one-on-one, helping them build confidence in the treatment room, discover their unique approach to client care, and develop the skills and presence that set them apart. She helps each esthetician uncover their authentic style, find their flow, refine their technique, and confidently grow into the professional they are meant to be.
