After more than 15,000 facials in the treatment room—and honestly, I stopped counting after that—I’ve had the opportunity to care for thousands of clients while training and mentoring estheticians along the way.
Through it all, I’ve learned that becoming a confident practitioner isn’t about doing things exactly the way someone else does. It’s about developing strong skills, learning to trust yourself, and discovering an approach that feels authentic to you.
As your Skin Shepherd, my role is to come alongside you—to guide, encourage, and help you recognize what’s already within you while strengthening the areas where you want to grow. My heart is to share what I’ve learned along the way while helping you become more confident in the practitioner you’re becoming.

Hands-On Treatment Room Mentorship
For estheticians who want to strengthen and refine their hands-on skills, in-person mentorship provides personalized support in the treatment room. Depending on your goals, we can focus on treatment flow, facial massage, customization, technique, client experience, or developing a signature facial approach that feels natural and authentic to you. Hands-on mentorship starts at $497, with longer-term private mentorship available for those seeking continued guidance, accountability, and personalized support.
